1. Introduction

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be a Singapore resident or eligible to use financial services in your jurisdiction.

3. Services

Trinity provides algorithmic portfolio management services across multiple asset classes including gold (XAUUSD), foreign exchange, and equities. Access to specific asset classes depends on your selected tier and deposit level.

Trinity does not guarantee any specific returns. All performance targets displayed on the Platform are projections based on backtested and simulated data and are not indicative of future results.

4. Fees

Trinity charges a management fee of 1% per annum on assets under management and a performance fee of 15% on net new profits, subject to a high-water mark. Fee details are displayed on the Platform and may be updated with 30 days' notice.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: SGD 500.

6. Risk Disclosure

7. Intellectual Property

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, any remaining funds will be returned to you after deducting applicable fees and settling open positions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
