1% Annual Management Fee
Charged daily as a fraction of your NAV (~0.004% per trading day). Covers strategy operation, infrastructure, and reporting.
15% Performance Fee
Charged only on new profits above your previous high-water mark. If your account drops, we charge nothing until you're back above your peak.
High-Water Mark explained: You only pay performance fees on NEW profits. If your account drops from SGD 10,000 to SGD 9,000, we charge no performance fee until your account exceeds SGD 10,000 again. Your peak becomes the baseline — we only win when you win.
